Our Inspection Department is fully equipped with the latest technological innovations to provide comprehensive support to the process management systems.
Our Inspection team is responsible for the inspection process, checking dimensions and other part characteristics against the corresponding drawings and specifications.
The high precision parts made by Etone are measured at the beginning, middle and end of each batch, to ensure consistent quality.
Measuring equipment includes a Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machine, 2.5 projector, Rockwell hardness tester, Film thickness instrument, Roughness tester, Spectrograph, and a wide range of precision mechanical instruments and gauges.
The Quantum CMM measures the geometry of an object by sensing discrete points on the surface with a probe, these measurements can then be checked against the CAD model or drawing.
Handheld devices include micrometers, calipers, a torque gauge, a depth gauge, a surface finish tester, scales and a height gauge.
