A:Etone Technology is a full service CNC machining manufacturer that has been providing precision machined parts and components since 2002.
A:We offer a wide range of CNC machining services to The United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Israel and Singapore.
A:For over 20 years, we have been delivering precision components to our valued clients across industries, including security, lighting, medical devices, 3D printer, oil & gas, electronics, automotive, machinery, robotics, construction, transportation, and more.
A:There is a wide selection of materials that we can machine at Etone Technology. Including:

A: We offer a variety of expertly applied finishing options to improve the mechanical and aesthetic properties of your CNC machined part, including plating, anodizing, powder-coating, bead blasting and polishing.
A:Yes. we are ISO 9001:2015 certified. We have strict quality procedures using modern calibrated measuring equipment. You can learn more about the details at our quality control page.
A:We try to be flexible on lead times so it depends a lot on the customer requirements and the complexity of the component. The standard lead time may vary depending our our workload. We might quote you 3-4 weeks but this doesn't mean it cant be beaten if you push us for a quicker turnaround.
A:We can manufacture any batch size but the cost per unit will vary accordingly. An economical batch size for a cnc machine would generally be 100 or more. On a slidinghead this would be more like 500+.
A:Usually a quotation for a product is sent within 24 hours after we receive enquiry with all the necessary details.
A:To make a good quotation should be sure by the following things:
1. Products drawings or CAD files.
2. The quantity of products you are going to make
A:We accept .STP, .DWG, .IGS, .PDF, Parasolid files, and more.
A:Positionally on a CNC we can generally achieve 0.01mm repeatability (10 microns). For a turned diameter on our slidingheads we can generally achieve the same 10 microns and anything more accurate than this we would send to be ground. Theoretically our inspection machines can measure down to 2 microns accuracy but it is not likely we are process capable to that level.
A:Yes, you need pay sample fee and shipping fee. The sample fee can be refunded when the order is placed, so the sample is free.
A:Yes, we do perform assembly work if requested.
A:Absolutely yes! Not only can assist with designing your part, by improving the manufacturability, we can also provide cost reduction measures and ideas.
A:The precision machined parts and components packaging is made according to the customer requirement.
The importance of packaging perfectly machined components cannot be taken lightly. Perfect packaging of finished components ensures good quality when delivered to our customers. That means taking things such as box weight/material, protective packaging, and tape into consideration as machined components can take on an infinite number of weights, shapes, and sizes.

 
A:We are flexible with our payment options and terms. We accept T/T, D/P, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, Payoneer, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Bank Transfer.
